"They told us it would take a day. Then installer called and said he needed three days. Tried to find someone to help solve this problem. Have contacted four different staff members who have said they want to help and will put me in touch with someone, but not followed through. Disappointing after an initial great start with the sales person and office team. But once the three-day contract cancellation window was over they went MIA"

We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project.
