"It’s been over a month since I used PowerLift services, and so far so good. They were quick to respond to my web inquiry and reviewed what I needed done the next day. I wanted a 10 ft section of driveway raised due to settlement on a rental I have. I reached out to two other companies for estimates. Only one of them responded but they were a third higher than PowerLift. I’m pretty sure it was the owner who did my estimate and I felt he did a great job managing expectations and not promise anything he couldn’t deliver on. For example, the driveway had sunk about 6 inches. He said they could get it up most of the way but risked cracking the concrete if they tried to have it perfectly level. I notice maybe a half inch difference now, which is a serious improvement from the 6 inches! One thing I appreciated about the crew that came out was their attention to detail AND they cleaned up once they were finished. You’d think this is expected but I’ve worked with another fix and repair company who left a huge mess for my tenants to clean up (which meant I had to come clean it up). It really is the small things that make a company professional."

"I highly recommend Concrete Transformation LLC. They repaired and coated my garage floor last month and did an exceptional job. I also hired them to coat my 2 driveways and they did a very thorough job of prepping and coating these. I will be hiring them to coat my patio concrete this Spring."

"They had a good deal. What they did broke the driveway and it has more cracks now so I am kind of sad about that but it does look leveled now. They pushed it up and the car is not going to get stuck now or you are not going to trip and it looks better. They were slightly lower than average prices. They gave me an estimate which was nice and it was a little below what they actually charged. The service that they have is good. They use a special concrete lifting substance and they claim it is little different from others. It seems to work great and I haven't had any settling since they serviced it, so it holds very nicely. They were not the best, mostly because of the cracks and they didn't work with me on breaking the concrete while trying to lift it in terms of reducing the cost or anything."

FAQs for concrete injection leveling mudjacking projects in Pleasant Grove, UT

Mudjacking and foam jacking differ significantly in both materials and methods. Mudjacking uses a cement-based slurry to fill voids beneath a slab, while foam jacking uses expanding polyurethane foam delivered under high pressure to achieve superior structural support. This material distinction enhances load-bearing strength and overall stability in your repair.

Mudjacking takes between one and three days to dry completely. During this time, it's important to avoid putting weight on the slab until it's fully cured. The drying time depends on the project size and environmental conditions. In contrast, polyurethane foam used in foam jacking can cure in as little as one hour.

No, mudjacking is not a permanent fix for sinking concrete. While it effectively lifts the slab and can last five to 10 years, it doesn't address underlying soil issues that may cause future sinking. For a more permanent solution, you might consider foam jacking or complete slab replacement, which can address deeper structural problems.
