We decided to get a new A/C as ours was 20 years old. They advised me of the different models that they work with and gave me a written estimate and let me choose. The.y also subtracted the cost of the freon from the installation cost of a new A/C. One thing that was very impressive was that they were very punctual and gave us estimated time to have work completed.
