Otherwise, Emanuel might convince you to alter your vision. He is a persuasive fast talker, and it can be difficult to know whether his suggestions are in your best interest or his. Also, for your records, do not make payment without getting an immediate receipt."

"It went very well. The only problem was that there was not enough allowance for the hvac floor registers to fit back into the vents. I had to cut back carpet to get them to fit. Otherwise I was very pleased. If I had not been preoccupied with other contractors at the time, I might have caught it and had the carpet installer make the cuts before he left.
