"Richard was thorough, conscientious and professional.  I suspected that one of the hot water tank elements was out, and he not only replaced the bad element, he vacuumed out all the residue that had collected in the bottom of the hot water heater from our extremely hard water.  He also showed me the bad element, and it was almost burned completely through.  He was friendly and not pushy in his recommendations as how to prevent the buildup in the future.

And the 2nd techincian had some ideas of cause of leak, but it's been over one week and I've not gotten any quote of ideas to fix. The first technician did such a nice job he helped out weigh the cost and 2nd guy's lack of follow through."
