"Huft Home Services replaced my regular HVAC company when the owners retired. Comfort Master had installed my system in 1995 so we had a 25-year personal relationship. Ed and Donna were still using hardcopy records. When I called Huft on May 12 and talked with Elizabeth, we were able to confirm and establish the status of my ongoing services. We discussed the 2 different areas of work needed, HVAC regular maintenance and an urgent plumbing service for a leaking irrigation valve system. We scheduled the irrigation repair quickly, but I was very disappointed to discover that the repair person was unable to do that work and found out that Huft actually did not work on irrigation. Fortunately I was able to find a provider who came out the next day and did exceptional work – I highly recommend Authentic Landscape/Salvador Gallardo for that work. However, rather than make a complaint, I figured I'd wait to see how the HVAC service went. That appointment was scheduled for a couple weeks later. Anthony was fantastic. He called to let me know he was running late from his previous job. Maybe it was just because I wasn't up on current services, but I am highly impressed that he was able to take many photos of my system and his work – and instantly email them and my invoice to me! He went over in great detail the status of the equipment and anticipation of potential repairs needed over time along with likely cost estimates. We also discussed possible replacements for when I decided I was ready for a new unit. I will certainly continue my maintenance with Huft, and not just because I'm prepaid for a couple more years of biannual services."

"We needed all the pipes replaced in our house. We also switched to a tankless water heater. Dustin came to give us an estimate and advise when they could start the project. We had gotten a couple of estimates but something just felt different with them. We liked that we received an email with who would be coming to give us an estimate as well as a picture of the technician we should expect. It was so refreshing working with this company it reminded me of company's 50 years ago with values and a caring staff. Dustin, Mike and Anatoily had what I will refer to as the three P's. They were professional, punctual and personable. They laid drop cloths and cleaned up everyday after themselves. They even finished the job a day early than projected as we were scheduled to go out of town for five days. I would highly recommend Honest Sewer & Drain. So what they offered at that time was anyone you referred to if they chose to use their service, you have $500 cash payment which was really nice because half of our neighbors and our family members used them. I do not know what they do now, but it is a really nice service because they are a very good company. They did a great job."
