His approach is methodical and well thought out from literally troweling the bottom sand to a perfectly smooth and hard surface to blowing air between the liner wall and the liner itself while filling. "First, the liner is really beautiful and seems to be very well-made. Second, they did (eventually) make it right. But, we really lost most of our possibly last summer with the pool. We signed contract for a new liner on 5/31/19. We were not in a rush - did not need it by July 4th, but salesman put to install by July 4 if possible. Good price - within our budget. Install was done on June 28 - and we paid entire balance at that time (as required). NOW - they have your money. A few days later, when the pool was full, the liner was pulling away from the pool wall all along one side. This was the original reason I replaced the liner, FYI. I called and spoke with customer service who reassured me that this happens, it is not uncommon, I do not need to empty the pool and that someone would be coming within a day or two to perform a **re-snap** I was told someone would be coming on Friday July 5, then Sunday July 7 - and no one came. Someone finally came July 9th (with no courtesy **we are not going to make it** calls in between mind you). Upon examining the problem, that person, who was not the same person who installed the liner originally, pronounced that the liner was probably the incorrect liner for my pool and also the installer had not done a proper job. I was told the pool will need to be emptied more than halfway for this to be fixed but **I am busy this whole week so cannot get to it until maybe next week** I was told that the original installer should be held accountable and have to come to fix it. Oh, and by the way, this person actually had the nerve to tell me **but do not tell them I told you all this** Of course, I told him **it is the FIRST thing I am telling them, and I am dialing them now** This person then left me without resolving a single thing. From there, I played phone tag with customer service woman (who honestly tried her best), spoke with the Operations manager who said we would get a new liner, and finally got to a VP, who told me that my new liner was in and that when we were ready, after the season was over, they would install it. Again, we were told it was safe to swim; but really, it is not like I would invite family or friends to swim when I felt like we all had to be **careful**. I was told to reach out when we were ready to close, and they would schedule the installation. So I did (reach out) and what do you think? I was told the liner would take 3-4 weeks to be made. After the VP had told me it was already in-house. No surprise there honestly. So, eventually the liner was in, and we scheduled the day for the installation (by the person who originally installed the last liner - I know - I like to live life on the edge - and guess what? He did not show up the day he said he would. This, after my husband spent the entire week slowly emptying the pool to be ready for the installation. So, finally, the liner was installed, and we closed the pool. I told the VP I was waiting to submit a review. So here it is. I honestly do not know if the liner is the right one - the pool is closed, but in the Spring I am praying I do not need to deal with these folks again. I think I would rather take the pool down. In summary, OK customer service (she tried and was, initially, quite responsive); LOUSY service; GOOD value for the liner, which is beautiful."

"This company was awesome put a new chlorinator on my pool he did a great job and this week they are coming to clean the pool he said I didn't have to pay him till I had the pool cleaned which I thought was awesome I recommended him to friends to close there pool he will be closing our pool to and opening it next year too great company"

"Generally I do not write many reviews, but when I do its because a company exceeded my expectations. Hi my name Dave from Cumberland RI.I had a major problem with my pool when removing the cover I dumped all the dirt and leaves right into it, literally it looked like a polluted swamp. I Called MCM pools June 24th along with several other companies for a clean up, MCM was the only company that called me back.I received a call from Alec, explained my situation and within minuets he designed a plan that allowed our family to be swimming in a clear beautiful pool before the 4th of July. People are quick to bash when they perceive poor service or price gouging. MCM pools far exceeded my expectations with the service they provided but more importantly the communication with managers like Alec who was not only knowledgeable but personable and engaging. I been a customer literally 10 days and had 3 or more phone conversations with him which says a lot. Bottom line This company wants to earn your business and tries to exceed expectations, im old school and don't impress easily or expect much, but MCM pools more than met the challenge.."

"It went great. We were in good hands with the Ranieri family throughout the entire project. They are extremely reliable, diligent about keeping us informed about the process, and deeply knowledgeable about concrete deck installation and pool installation and care. Our 30+ year old 20x40 inground pool had crumbling old pavers around it and the pool plumbing needed replacing before we could put a deck in. The Ranieris were a one-stop-shop for this work. They replaced the plumbing, installed a new skimmer box, and poured a gorgeous curved edged 10' patio on one side and 4' deck around the rest of the pool. They are excellent communicators, keeping us informed all throughout the process and coordinated directly with our electrician to get the new ground wire installed and permitted before they poured. No hiccups at all with this process. This work happened this spring 2022, so there were supply and delivery issues with concrete that are outside of the contractor's control. From our perspective, the wait wasn't too bad, and the Ranieris kept us informed every step of the way. Their work is both art and science. We love what they built for us. We would hire the Ranieris for any future projects, and we highly recommend them."
