In the initial walkaround and final review, it was obvious they were paying attention to the details of the work to be done and considerate of not damaging landscaping around the house. "The tile work was done very well. We are pleased with the quality of the work. There were a few things that led to the "4" rating: 1. The work hours were odd; typically from 11 AM to 6 PM. This was not always convenient for us but we were never asked about that. 2. The crew often used our broom and vac to clean up. We would expect that these basic tools would be part of the crew's. 3. A pipe that led to our Jacuzzi tub was disconnected leading to a big puddle in our basement. 4. Our shower control came apart after we used it two times; the crew had re-installed it and we had to repair it. Perhaps the crew should have called in a plumber."

"We hired Fishers Contracting company to handle a major main renovation which included raisngly sunken living room to create one seamless great room installing new flooring throughtout the living room, dining room and kitcken. Also new floor molding, indoor molding the transformation was absolutely incredible. Transitioning 3 different rooms into 1 continuous space takes a lot of skill, and their attention to detail On the floor leveling and flooring was to tier. They were professional, efficient and delivered exactly what they promised and more and then we couldn't be happier with our new space and highly recommend them."

"The project took twice as long as originally estimated. The overall quality of tile work is acceptable for the cost. Jimmy and the crew were willing to address the issues I pointed out throughout the process. The main issue I had was a water leak from the bath overflow drain pipe. I uncovered the drain cover and found out that the overflow drain was NOT properly sealed. The pipe was not even installed in the same location as the drain hole."
