"Arrived as expected for appraising and estimate of job to be done. Received a line by line description of estimate again, as expected. Arrived promptly as scheduled and completed job within the estimated time frame. I truly believe I lucked out finding this company to perform the job. The Job was in Philadelphia at my sons home to-which I live over 400 miles away. John (owner) was extremely cooperative in setting up the work to be done. VERY VERY CREDIBLE! Did outstanding work. I know there are a lot of flybys out there and I nailed it with finding this company. I appreciate the job done would highly recommend this electrician for any electric need (big or small). I know who I am using for all my electric needs!!!!!"

"John Gambino was recommended to me on Facebook a year or so ago when I needed an emergency electrician on a holiday. He sent someone out within the hour and the issue was resolved quickly. A few months ago, I again needed some work done and decided to also upgrade to 200 AMP at the same time. John sent out a few guys, including Bill Heaton and Jimmy. The work was done to our 100% satisfaction and Bill carefully explained everything that had been done and why. We recently bought an older home that had knob and tube wiring so we called John once again and he sent Bill out to give us an estimate. I will be honest, we now trust John and Bill so much based on our prior experiences that we didn't even bother to get a second estimate. We knew that the peace of mind that we would have knowing that the job would be done correctly, on time, and by people that we like and trust was worth far more than trying to save a few dollars. "We contacted Glenn upon moving into our new house. At our request, Glenn took the time to educate us about the electrical work in our home. He was punctual and responsive to our requests and questions. We realized very quickly that Glenn is very knowledgeable and honest. We had a punch list of electrical work that we wanted to complete (e.g., TV mounting, ceiling fan replacement, and outdoor motion sensor lighting). He called us in advance to talk through each of the jobs and compiled a list of materials that would be required. He was up front about the cost of materials and the labor charges, which seemed very reasonable for an electrician of his caliber. He successfully completed our projects and did a beautiful job. We are very happy with the mounting, outdoor light and ceiling fan / light. We plan to use Glenn for all of our future electrical work!"

"The quote was nearly 50% higher than our lowest quote and about 25% higher than the next highest quote. Also, the electrician recommended a GFCI breaker, which would have been incompatible with our installation (the outlet was to be used with an electric vehicle charger that has built-in GFCI protection). Doubling up on the GFCI can cause problems and is against the installation directions. I wouldn't expect the electrician to know this necessarily (he didn't see the installation directions), but he boasted that they have worked with Teslas, so perhaps he should know (or stop using that as a selling point). Wes Carver Electrical was the only one to recommend GFCI, which added even more to the cost and put that part of their quote about 75% higher than what we ultimately paid for the work."

We even added on additional recessed lighting in my living room. He worked on schedule, extremely neat and has a clear attention to detail.
