"After researching, we chose Crawlspace Services of NEPA, with Jimmy and his crew. They received wonderful reviews. I can now say we 100% agree with them ! PROS: 1. Jimmy is humble and HONEST. He and his crew work very hard. Treat your home like their own. 2. Quickly returns calls, comes to assess the situation and explain his plan, and then sets up a very quick date to do the job. Very timely, shows up when he says. 3. Completes the job as he stated he would and said call if you encounter any problems. (Job was perfect!!) 4. Price was more than reasonable!! They encapsulated our basement that has 3 sump pumps. The trench we had was filling up with rocks & dirt where the sump pump was located. The insulation was hanging from the ceiling, a mess. The floor of boulders dirt rocks were made as level as possible, they dug a new trench and reinforced it, put a heavy duty dehumidifier in and encapsulated the basement. Today we had them back to insulate our attic! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! "

"We hired Groundworks (formerly Baker?s Waterproofing) for a $20,000 basement waterproofing project that was promised to be fast, dust-free, and high-quality. Instead, our home was left coated in concrete dust, parts of the job were rushed, and unsafe wiring still powers our sump pump. Promised electrician service has yet to happen. Three months later, the $10,000 filtration system is still unusable. This project has cost us significant time, caused stress for our family, and left us with ongoing safety concerns. We cannot recommend this company based on our experience. Although one middle manager tried to help and arranged partial repairs, upper management ignored most issues. Three months later, the air filtration system remains unusable, electrical hazards persist, and no restitution has been made. What an exhausting mistake at a deeply personal cost. "

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
