"We have been using Purely Water for over 20 years now, for our current home and previous home in West Milford. Our relationship with Roger began with him first trying to fix our contaminated drinking water problem over the phone, without Purely Water charging us a penny! Only when the common culprits and DIY fixes were ruled out did we meet Roger, who installed a water purification system that made sure our family of 5 would be drinking safely and healthy from our taps. This family business is ALL about solving problems and customer satisfaction. I have recommended Purely Water to several of our neighbors who now also boast of their amazing work, professionalism, and customer service. I highly recommend Purely Water to anyone who is in need of the services that they offer! John McCarthy"

"The technician called before he showed up. They are really good! We have a contract with them. They service 3 times a year, and there is no service charge. You can call them 24/7, and there is always someone there. They have the best deal around."

"What a great experience hiring Cody from CM Plumbing and Mechanical! Professional, clean and he has attention to detail. We were going to buy just a new water heater but Cody spent the time educating my wife and I about the benefits of a tankless water heater system. We are so happy with our decision."

"Charlie and his people did a accurate excavation, installed septic properly and had no problem passing the inspection .
They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.
Overall good company. I would use them again.

"My pipe busted in my second floor bathroom while I was on vacation with my family. When I got home the water had got into my kitchen ceiling and flooded my basement. Candan and his crew responded promptly and took all of the stress out of the situation. They helped me through the whole claim process from beginning to end. In a world where customer care and craftsmanship are hard to find these guys really stand out. They were very empathetic and calm in a very stressful situation. They treated me like family and went above and beyond. I cannot say enough good things about them. If you are looking for help in a time of crisis these are your guys."

"I loved response time; they contacted me and took care of a foul smell coming from my well and heating system. They were understanding, and I would recommend them to friends in my neighborhood if they get the same issue at any time."
