"Called CER to remodel 3 baths including our master. After waiting almost 3 years to have it done , we could no longer wait. I called Chris to come out and from different encounters in the past we were ready to deal with some drama , but much to my surprise he gave us a fair price that we accepted and work started with the master and kids bath. His crews were great , friendly , and most important showed up every day to actually work. Our baths came out great he even got our fixtures for us at a discount. "We knew we were taking on a big project when we decided to remodel two of our home?s three bathrooms.  My partner and I had been discussing what we wanted to replace our late 80?s era foyer hall half-bath and master bathroom for some time.  We knew we wanted a contemporary look with high end finishes and a shower that .  For some reason these bathrooms had a door connecting them and the tile used in our foyer ran all throughout the entryway and both bathrooms and so from a scope standpoint it made sense to tackle both bathrooms and replacing of the entry tile all in one project.
Based on positive reviews on Angie's List, we asked Superior Craftsman to bid on our project.  During this process we got the
impression from everyone we met that they were invested in satisfying our requests and earning our business.  We had done a lot of research beforehand, but Joe Guinta, in particular, really helped us bring all of our design ideas together.  This was above and beyond the level of involvement that we saw from other contractors/designers and that commitment was a primary factor is our choosing of Superior for our project.   
Our project schedule faced some challenges due to the fact that the remodel would be proceeding from through the holidays.  Tony Monto was on top of things making sure the project kept rolling.  We had some scheduling
challenges with houseguests and the holiday?s intervening, but it all came together.
All of the workers who came into our home were professional, friendly and very neat and we were pleased with everyone?s work.  Al George?s attention to detail was evident in the level of craftsmanship he brought to the custom cabinetry installation
and finish carpentry.  Our tile ?artist? John and his team did some amazing work.
As things progressed there were a few times when my partner and I felt we should make changes to the design.  Tony and Joe were very responsive and offered good feedback about which changes would be practical and which not.
We enjoyed working with the guys from Superior Craftsman and by the end of the project they had become like part of the family.  The finished results are stunning and our experience was superior.

"I needed a number of areas painted, so I didn't want to go for that 2 or 3 room nonsense. I wanted to hire a painter for a day and pay them by the hour. I found exactly that with JH7 Remodeling & Paint. I used them for 10 hours one day and 2 hours the following day to get everything done. The painting performed was done by 1 painter. He did superior work. He was professional and courteous. There was a language barrier since he spoke little English, but we communicated well enough to get everything completed. I couldn't be happier with my paint selections, and the work they did. I would hire them again easily. I highly recommend them."

"Everything went great! The project took about 2 weeks. The old tar/gravel roof was removed and a new metal roof was installed on 3/4 of the house. The other 1/4 required TPO since it was a completely flat area. A lot of the old wood had to be replaced due to the age and termite activity. Flashing up around the chimney is holding up great and a part of my old rainwater collection gutter system was even reinstalled on the new roof. The fascia and soffit looks great too. We've been through 5-6 rain storms already and there has been no leaks. The wood around the garage was replaced and then the whole thing was wrapped in vinyl for a clean look. Two end features on the peak of the house were wrapped as well and it made the house look very clean and neat. As for cleanup, for the most part all went well. As can be expected, a few old roofing nails were found, but not that many. A few short pieces of metal roofing and a few leftover panels were left behind as well as a bag of screws. (We made a shed with them) Overall we were very satisfied. Other roofing companies we called were quoting us $18-20K without the addition of the extra wood and the cost of the fascia/soffit or the garage repair."

"The electricians at Forza were very professional and the owner, Luis, was very prompt in coming to do an initial evaluation and then assigning 2 of his guys to come perform the repairs. All the work was completed in 1 day and now I feel much safer knowing that the laundry and water heater are on new, safe lines and that the interior panel is no longer overloaded thanks to a sub-panel that was added for the utility room. I will absolutely use Forza again as I do projects to update my older home."
