She was able to accommodate my tight scheduling needs and was able to get a tech out there the very next day, (A Saturday, no less) Brittney called with about a 45 minute eta for the tech. Shawn, the tech, then called me with about a 20 minute eta. Kate explained to me, on the initial call, that there wasn't a trip fee, which I appreciate. Once Shawn diagnosed the problem, he was able to fix the problem for under $300! (The first quote I received was upwards of $1,200 and there was talk of needing to rewire and cut into the drywall) He was in and out within 2 hours of arriving at my home!
