"I called this company for a diagnostic visit to check a possible leak ? I wasn?t sure if it was coming from my hot water tank. Somehow, the office misunderstood and sent a crew to completely replace my water heater without my approval or even providing a quote first. When I questioned why the work was done, they insisted I had authorized it ? which I absolutely did not. Instead of handling the situation politely, the office staff was short and dismissive, telling me I still needed to pay. I told them to come pick up their water heater and return mine. The lack of communication and customer service was incredibly disappointing. I definitely will not be using them again and would recommend Gillum Waddell every single time instead. "
