"They replied to my email quickly and gave me the phone number of their representative. When I called him, he told me that they (Top Seal) really didn't do that kind of work and that he used another company for carpentry work. He gave me the number and I called it. We ended up using his carpenter (Miguel from Fungus Amungus) and the work was finished quickly and done well. I am very happy with the work and the company attitude. But what really impressed me was that even though Top Seal was not doing any business with us, they called 2 or 3 times to make sure that we were happy and the work was being done to our satisfaction. Few companies today will demonstrate that level of commitment when they are not making any money off of you. If I ever do need a roofer, I would call Top Seal without hesitation and with complete trust."
