He recommended Herbert's appliance repair. The repairman, Cello, was able to verify the diagnosis of the problem, order, and install a replacement part within a few days, much better timing than expected. Cello was friendly, extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He did an excellent job of completing the repair. My refrigerator works perfectly. I asked if he would come back and replace the ice maker hose in a few weeks. They had to order the hose, but that was done with the same degree of efficiency. It was installed today and is working well. I might add that the ladies at the office were also efficient and friendly. If needed, Ill sure use their services again."
