"Malcolm and his crew were professional and did a great job. He actually came back to finish a small portion of the job (I have learned most don't, sadly). He is honest, helpful and diligent. You just don't find this very often. I love my windows, my shutters look fabulous; I've gotten messages left in my mailbox asking me where I got them. "Mr. Michael came on the day and time scheduled. In fact, he sent me a text that day of to let me know that he could arrive 40 minutes early if I wanted - which was even better. Mr. Michael provided me with a very reasonable quote for the job, which I accepted on the spot, and he completed the exterior spigot replacement well and exceptionally quickly - I think it took him only 20 minutes! Highly recommend Mr. Michael for any plumbing jobs you have. :-)"
