"My experience with Carl Zatsick has been nothing but positive. Communication is key with any project, and not every project goes smooth. Overall the process was very smooth from initial walk though and estimate to the final building inspection. We had some minor bumps but Carl's kept me in the process and relayed over any issues or concerns. Carl and his son were professional while on site, and kept the area clean after each day. In the end we got the deck we wanted and couldn't be happier. Before getting estimates, I pre-filtered the companies I wanted to deal with, based off of reviews and craftsmanship. When getting estimates for this project, Carl supplied me a with materials vs labor cost so i knew exactly where my money was going. I didn't get that with other estimates from the other companies, just a total cost. His estimate also came in a little lower than most of the other estimates, not by much, but enough to swing my decision."

"We reached out Thomas Robert Construction after a big box store removed our existing flooring and left due to a subfloor issue. Tom was able to quickly respond and perform an assessment that included alternative solutions to correct the subfloor issue. He provided a fair quote along with a quick turnaround time.  He and his team were communicative about their process and installed the flooring quickly with quality results. We are very pleased with his work as our floors look great! "You don't need to look any further, this is the company you want to go with. Matt, the owner, took my drawing of what I wanted to build and made a 3D picture for me. He and his crew helped me figure out the details and type of materials best suited for the project. The work crew, Erin and John, were always prompt, starting at 7:30 am. Erin's skillfulness as a finished carpenter and attention to detail is beyond reproach. I can't say enough good things about the quality of his work and John's abilities as a rough carpenter. Throughout the project Matt was very prompt at responding to my texts. You couldn't ask for a nicer person to work with."

"The installation included a garage door opener and taking away the old doors. It did take a long time to get the door in, and I had to call them to ask where it was. However, I would use them again."

"Scott did a great job restoring our baseboards, door trim and window trim back to the original 1929 look. He was able to make custom baseboards, shoe molding and back band that matched the original trim. He dropped of the unfinished wood and gave us a couple weeks to apply the stain and polyurethane. He installed all the trim just before Christmas and the house looks beautiful now. He completed the job on schedule as promised. I will certainly hire Scott again for any future project."
