They worked efficiently and carefully and were able to install our floors in one (long) day to minimize disruption to our daily lives. We had some complicated areas that required the wood planks to change directions and Chris was thoughtful about the pattern and layout. He ripped down some of the trim pieces so they didnâ t looks so bulky and fit better with the style of my home and prepared two. Ore short transition pieces to install once we remodel the bathrooms at a future date. On top of that and just importantly, the crew was courteous, clean and kind. "Our first experience we had carpet removed and hardwoods floors installed, about 1000 sq ft- beautiful! Next we had tile replaced, another near 1000 sq. ft. Travis was the Project Manager and oversaw the remodeling of our kitchen. Any remodel can be very trying, but Travis communicated with us along the way. We are very pleased with the results. Attached are before and after pictures of the kitchen remodel and the hardwood floors. The kitchen cabinets were very light in color, but we had them stripped and stained to match other wood in our house. LOVE the granite counter tops, Typhoon Bordeaux. Travertine tile replaced previous tile in the kitchen, breakfast area, 2 bathrooms, entry way and laundry room, as well as all transitional spaces. It looks amazing!"
