"I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

They worked efficiently and carefully and were able to install our floors in one (long) day to minimize disruption to our daily lives. We had some complicated areas that required the wood planks to change directions and Chris was thoughtful about the pattern and layout. He ripped down some of the trim pieces so they didnâ t looks so bulky and fit better with the style of my home and prepared two. Ore short transition pieces to install once we remodel the bathrooms at a future date. On top of that and just importantly, the crew was courteous, clean and kind. "Ken is a very nice man. He arrived on time and took care of cleaning my carpets quickly. I periodically interrupted him to ask questions or to guide him on tough areas and he never demonstrated irritation. Ken went beyond expectations by instructing me on regular carpet care, i.e. how to vacuum my carpet to get the best results in-between cleanings. I learned a few new tricks thanks to him. Also, Ken saw areas in the house that I might want additional assistance. Without being pushy Ken had a camera in his truck and showed me before-and-after pictures on stone/tile enhancers. We also talked about my challenges in cleaning the black granite counter-tops and he sent me an email the very next day with link to a product that he has found helpful. Overall, Ken was courteous, helpful, and conscientious about his work."
