Explain very well what was wrong with the old, outdated cartridge, which is 15 years old. Give me the choice to replace the whole assembly because they do not make that kind of cartridge anymore. Pleasant houseguest, cleaned beyond the call of duty, fun conversationalist, and the work (bathroom faucet replacement) was done well, in about an hour. I also appreciated Bob on the phone scheduling the appointment. He called within a minute of my submitting a request for quotes online. Only one other company responded, and rather than give me an answer (like, when, and $how much) there was this rigmarole about getting an estimate out to me tomorrow, and charging extra for any quarter hour past the first hour, and... Very unfriendly. In contrast, Bob at TMS was perfectly friendly and quoted me what I needed to know right then and there."

"We had a little issue - did not ask a lot of questions or do a visual inspection before snaking our shower drain - turns out we should not have done that due to this drum trap we had. Long story short ending up breaking a pipe - but it was all so old we needed to get it replaced anyway. I had to fight for what I thought was right, but at the end of the day they took care of the price and the situation. Overall this company is probably too expensive for their quality of services, but they were very kind and worked hard to fix this situation."

"My home jet well pump was failing after 27 years, Joe the Plumbers crew came in and Demo'd the old unit along with several feet of old copper pipe along with associated fittings. The plastic fittings were really imbedded inside the galvanized pie treads requiring heat and a lot of prying and cutting to remove them. They diagnosed the pump failure die to a water log tank where the diaphram went bad. They recommended that I get the tank replaced to extend the life of the new pump which I will do next week. Both plumbers were very neat, organized and professional. The came with all the parts needed to perform this job. Highly recommend them to any homeowner or business. I was able to contact them on the first call, and set up an appointment for the next day which was when the repair was performed. I They have a fixed cost for jobs so you know ahead of time. They do have an $89 fee just to some out, but well worth it as they do excellent work! This is the second time i used them for an emergency repair and give them a 9 out of 10 which is excellent!"
