"I was very pleased with King Cut's responsiveness to my quote request, their follow-up to spec the job, and the execution of the task. I asked for two levels of quote: simple repair of existing flagstone and a more ambitious paying stone rebuild of front walk. Two detailed quotes were prepared and transmitted to me for evaluation; I was very impressed with the detail. For budget reasons, I opted for the less expensive flagstone repair. My front walkway's flagstone arrangement had degraded over years and the polymeric sand had essentially disappeared prompting weed growth in cracks and other unsightly developments. ,King Cut's staff arrived early on the day of the job and finished the job in one day as estimated (which included laying gravel rock down around portions of house for erosion control purposes). The job involved re-bed of the flagstone on gravel then application of polymeric sand in the joints, The overall cost was as quoted. The job was completed on time and within budget with utmost professionalism. Very pleasant experience!"

"We have a contract with them. They also do my tree trimming too and that’s like $400. They’re arborist so they know their trees. They’re not just a company that comes and chops things down. They’re very careful with what they do and they are very, very professional and they know their thing. The length of the service depends on what they are doing. The scale treatment, they usually can do that in maybe 30 minutes. Tree trimming though, that takes longer, two hours maybe. They are very, very good."

"Julio put in an irrigation system at our house. The whole process from the initial quote and contract to the installation was 5 stars. He showed up exactly as scheduled for each visit. Julio is very knowledgeable and knows exactly how to place to sprinkler heads to get full coverage, be efficient, and respect neighbors at the same time. We are in a new house, so he needed to work around future fences, patios, planter, sheds, and gardens. He was able to see our vision and get the system working 100% as we hoped. His wife was onsite as well doing the control system install. The system works on wi-fi and we can control it from the phone. Programming and using the system is easy. I am a Class A concrete and masonry contractor myself and know exactly how a crew should run. Julio was onsite all day managing the crew and running the machine. Let me tell you Julio’s crew is about as good as it gets. From the second they stepped off the truck they each did their individual tasks without being told anything. They were clean and hand dug critical parts. Clean up was so good you can barely tell they were here. The damage to the yard was way less than I figured possible. I need to bring my guys over to watch his crew to learn a few things. All the equipment and tools were new and clean and looked very professional pulling up and being onsite all day. In closing I can’t see a reason not to hire Julio. The price was good, the service was top notch, and the system works perfectly. I highly recommend this company. "Excellent. Tony and his entire crew showed up right on time on a Saturday morning. Tony supervised team as they figured out why my 4 lights kept shorting out. He described for me why the problem was occurring, what they were going to do to fix it and they guys were very professional. I will definitely use them going forward for my outdoor lighting needs vs the 'other guy' and we will also consider them for our irrigation services in the future due to our excellent experience with them."
