"Stephen Koch is a very rare breed in the tradesman field. He is honest, transparent, fair, extremely knowledgeable, very skilled in his trade, I could go on and on about his qualifications. He is very patient and level headed. (He put up with THIS old lady!) What I thought was going to be just putting in a new electric box turned into a huge headache, not Stephen fault, but city of corpus requirements that meant having to have a new electric pole put in and Stephen having to excavate a line in my front yard to run underground line that was required by the city. Through all of it, Stephen kept me informed and updated on the progress. He did such an awesome job from start to finish! I just wish he was in the Austin area to take care of my electric down here!"
