"As with my other reviews of this company, this big job went very well. From the technician checking my original concern with my old unit to the comfort specialist coming out to give me a bid and options. I decided with the type of refrigerant my old unit uses, it would be better to replace the complete unit. The comfort specialist explained all it would entail and we set a date to have it replaced. Alex and crew showed up on time and went to work. They were very careful to lay tarps down not to make a mess. The job took about 6 hrs. Which was about what I was told. I could have not asked for a better installation. Very neat, everything tied down and all equipment was explained as to how to use and maintain. This was a costly service but I feel I made the correct decision and knowing that Air Specialist has my back made it easier to swallow. This company is a class act A++ in my book."

"Jose and his crew replaced my existing single phase system with a new variable speed system that is quieter and more energy efficient. Jose's quote was the least expensive of four offers I received for similar 3 ton variable speed systems. They got me on their schedule within two business days after I agreed to move forward. The installation took a bit longer than I or they expected, but they got it done and did not charge any extras. On the second day the system wasn't cooling as expected. I let Sherman (the technician who installed it) know and he came out the same day to address the issue. He made the fix, admitting that he had wired the system for a different 14 SEER rating when it was a 16 SEER one. I've had no issues the past week and I am very happy with the new system. I will be using J and Andy's to service my other system, and I would definitely recommend them."
