When the job was completed, they even moved items back into the attic I had taken out to give them more working room. "Very well.  I have an old unit that is probably close to going out completely.  I called Chris on a Thursday, after 7:00 PM and coming home to an A/C unit that was blowing hot air.  I found Cucco's through another provider search company but I am glad I found him.  Other providers I have used in the past when I had a home warranty were not nearly as attentive, responsive, willing to answer to answer my questions, or as courteous - in fact, some of them were just down right rude! That was not the case with Chris. He went out of his way to explain his process and assure me that he was doing everything possible to ensure my A/C unit was being repaired to the best of his ability.  He even explained how my unit is not up to code, what it will take to get it up to code, and how to avoid costly repairs in the future. I will definitely call Chris again when the time comes to replace my unit and bring it up to code!

"It was fine. It was same day service. There were additional fees because they had parts set for my circuit breaker. For the price, it seemed to me that it was pretty expensive for what they had to do. I thought that the parts that were installed were overpriced. It was pretty obvious when the guy left here that he was trying to sell me an upgrade to my electric service for the entire house. So he quoted me a couple of different ways to go but they were in the thousands and thousands of dollars for the upgrade with the circuit protector like a lightning protector and I thought that that was pretty expensive to so I elected not to do any of that and everything has worked fine since then. I thought the guy was professional and he did a good job for what he was supposed to do but it was pretty obvious that he wanted to do additional work and left me with quoted for some upgrades that as turns out I don’t really needed. I wouldn’t probably use them again because I found other electricians that I can rely on."
