"After several long years of designing and permitting our home remodel during the pandemic, we were searching for a good contractor to build out our remodel and second story addition. Avi and David were wonderful; very thorough in explaining the process, answering all of our questions, and settling on a price that was reasonable and within our budget. During the building process, David was very responsive, available, and receptive to changes and last minute decisions made along the way. The project took longer than anticipated and there were some unexpected setbacks, but David and Avi worked quickly to fix issues and keep the project moving forward. At the end of the project they were very responsible about making sure we were satisfied with every last detail before completing the project. Our new home is beautiful and we're very happy with how it turned out, thanks to David and all the crews at So Cal Builders."

"We found McCormick home builders through Angie’s list. They were not one of our original contacts, but they contacted us and came out to give us a quote. Matteo was extremely helpful, informative, honest, and gave us reasonable realistic prices, and did not try to inflate the prices or pressure us in anyway. We felt very comfortable with him immediately. We felt like he was a member of the family that we could just talk to and ask questions he was very personable. He gave us his contact number in case we had other questions and he was always available when we needed him for any type of questions or concerns. Mateo‘s team did a beautiful job. They were fast. They were efficient. They cleaned up beautifully. They did a wonderful job. They were very considerate of our time our needs and our neighbors. They were an absolute pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Matteo from McCormick home builders for any home building projects, and we will be calling him again in the future!"

"They were good to work with and responsive to our needs. Appreciated them for that."

"Edgar, Jorge and Javier were the Dream Team for us. We've remodeled before but never had such wonderful and exceptional craftsman as the Trio team. we were delighted at the end result. Their attention to detail and post work customer service have been outstanding. They went over and above what we expected. Highly recommend to hire!"

"Asher and his team delivered the job on time and met our discussed estimates budget! They included my wife and I in the decision making process from beginning to end. "American Home Improvement in Los Angeles! They understands quality and good building practices. From start to finish their attention to detail is excellent. The work site is always well organized and clean. Dvid did an outstanding job overseeing the construction project. I had a room addition built and completely renovated my entire house, including remodeling my kitchen and all four bathrooms. All of the workers were friendly and fantastic at their specific trade. They were easy to communicate with and made an effort to keep the site safe (I have a toddler). They came out, was very nice and David and his team was able to complete the remodeling in less than a month. All the materials were selected from his vendors and David was able to get us a nice discount. During the whole remodeling, David visited us often and informed us about the progress and any problem that came up and what solution can solve it. His honesty and professionalism proved itself during this work."

"Everything was done on time and to specifications . A great experience."

"My husband and I recently purchased our first home and couldnt be more excited. The house was built in the 1960s so you can imagine how dated it was. The kitchen had to absolutely be remodeled prior to move-in, so we wanted to act fast to get the entire job done ASAP. Therefore we chose the kitchen contractor team at top home Remodeling. We knew lee previously because she had done my sisters entire home (gutted the WHOLE thing) and the make-over was completely stunning. We had lee come over for an initial consultation on our project and he already had so many great ideas and recommendations. She helped us expand our space from a galley kitchen to a more modern open look. I had a vision for the kitchen and lee worked with me ensuring I was satisfied. Lee is tirelessly to make sure every fine detail is addressed and on time! If I had any questions regarding our remodel (again this was our first project) she was patient and answered every question thoroughly. We also had a tight budget and he worked closely with us to ensure we were in range and always kept us informed of what was happening. We felt so confident with lee and her team for handling the kitchen remodel that my husband and I left for Italy for 3 weeks. We returned to a brand new kitchen and we couldn’t be more thrilled. Lee gives you nothing but quality! Thank you so much lee and the WHOLE crew and team at top home Remodeling the work was so beautifully and tastefully done we cant believe its actually ours!"
