Details - I had a clogged drain which I was unsuccessful at snaking myself and proved to be a bit more complicated than initially thought, requiring some replacement plumbing. He made allowances to conform to my schedule, coming out on a Sunday even though it wasn't an emergency (and not charging emergency prices!). When the job required more than we had anticipated, Mark arranged to come back two days later, again convenient to my schedule, and completed the repair/replacement of some plumbing while clearing the pipes. Professional and superb quality of work, Mark was also wonderfully pleasant and enjoyable to work with. I was not able to be present for the final repairs on the second visit so Mark actually sent me pictures of the work upon completion and a video of the water vortexing down the drain! His final price for the two visits and work was very fair, I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience."

Luis vargas and Moses his associate removed and replaced bathroom vanity with new vanity and faucet, however they didn't do a proper leek test and consequently there was water leakage and some minor damage to thei nterior of the vanity and under the vanity.i called Luis Vargas and told him about the leek he said that he would come the next day,he never did and he made no attempt to notify me that he wasn't coming. The job was done on 7/10/25 ,he was to come back to correct the leek on 7/12/25 ;When I texted him on 7/12/25 he apologized and said he got involved in another job and it ran late; However he never came back. On 7/13/25 I reinstalled the faucet myself."

By 11pm, he restored the heat to my home. He performed additional inspections and repairs. His depth of knowledge about HVAC was impressive and he was extremely professional. The service call at 11pm was only $125. Other companies charge $250 to just show up. His truck was fully stocked at 11pm to perform all repairs. I would not hesitate to call Frank for any other maintenance concerns."
