"After his analysis, he did not charge me anything, but sent me to another laptop repair person whom he knew and trusted, a guy named Brian with Laptop Repair in Denver. That person continued with the repairs and Mark picked up the computer, brought it again to me and checked it out in my apartment. He found some problems that he said would take more time to fix, some that I was not aware of, took the computer to his home for further correction of problems he had discovered. "Pete came out, sized them up, said all could & should be fixed. Called several times while he had them to update what he was finding. Accommodated our crazy schedules in getting them back to us. Nice to find an honest guy who didn't try to sell us parts we didn't actually need, just fixed what turned out to be mostly software problems. Cost less to get all 3 back up than another service quoted me just for one. Also set up a no-cost solution to shared storage that eliminated the need for an expensive networked drive was about to buy--that alone saved me more than the cost of the repairs."
