Steve (the owner) was the only one of 3 contractors I called that answered the phone and he <br /> advised that he would be able to call me back for me details in about an hour.  He did and then was able to come out the same day.  He was courteous, professional and eager to fix my problem.  He listened to the symptoms and my thoughts on the subject and then together we found the homeowner's sewer access port, which was grown over and had a big root on top of it.  He was able to clear the blockage and we tested multiple faucets to make sure it was really clear.  If I had the same issue I wouldn't hesitate to contact this contractor and highly recommend.
