"For price, they are comparable to anyone else. I graded them a B because I hate spending money. Quality is an A because so far, it is still working. They were responsive. I called Certified Plumbing and that guy wasn't available right away but he sent somebody else -I don't know what company he worked for but he was still working under Certified Plumbing. They were very responsive. The guy knew that I needed help and he wasn't going to be able to get out here right away. He sent this other guy who was able to get out right away. He was very responsive because he made sure that I had help when I needed it. For punctuality, he didn't have a time/he just said that he was on a call and that guy came out. I left a message and she called me back  and said that he had called this other guy and he was coming out. Professionalism was an A, he made sure I was taken care of and I like that. Everything was clean when they left and he took away the old water heater. He made sure I knew how to operate it, what temperature was a good temperature to set it at. He showed me the new things on the new water heater."
