"Gardner came to do an inspection of my basement and provide a quote. I had received other quotes that only provided for a single sump pump install at outrageous prices. He was very thorough, took two hours to measure, inspect, provided videos and explanations on everything, and the quote was shockingly affordable with so much more work I was ecstatic! I am getting a three sump pump with back up battery, and so much more for basically what the others quoted. And, to have the option to finance through Greensky was the cherry on top! If you are in King County, ask for Gardner @ GROUNDWORKS - you won’t regret it!"

"A local representative was dispatched the next day from RotoRooter and he had the tools and experience to do a great job and he was very quick. There is a first drain charge that was twice what the other two cost but...hey...the sound of running water through the drain pipes was sweet. All in all it was worth the price for the peace of mind I felt knowing it will be a few years before this needs to be done again."
