You hope the GC will show up as transparent, a really good communicator, and someone in whom you build trust that the price is fair and the work is high-quality. Gary and My Flippin’ Family (funky name!) were all those things, TIMES 10. Honored every deadline. Was incredibly communicative with photo updates of the work and accurate estimates (no surprises!). Most importantly, the work was so high-quality…solid, polished, and everything we hoped for. Oscar explained the process of remediation, detailed the timeline and took the time to make sure I understood what to expect. I think I was in shock at the time, never having experienced the damage a flood leaves.
