Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

Titan responded quickly and was very professional. The entire process was explained in detail and they got to work immediately. They quarantined my house and put plastic barriers and zipper walls up. They removed everything that was ruined and salvaged all my sentimental and irreplaceable items. Everything was done with great care and very thorough. After the remediation was completed everything was medically sterilized and air quality was tested to confirm total elimination of all mold. Then they completely rebuilt everything that was removed which was not an easy task as it was an entire kitchen, mater bedroom, master bathroom, walk in closet, guest bedroom, living room and dining room.
