"Very well. The technician/repairman, Benji, was knowledgeable, pleasant and respectful. We have not had people in our home due to COVID, but he was careful to use a mask and keep appropriate social distance while assessing and later fixing our problem. He knew immediately that our problem was the motor and instead of saying right away that we needed a new machine, he said that he thought that a replacement motor was the way to go. We agreed. He had to order the new motor and the company called to fix a followup appointment about 10 days later. Since we were doing the repair with their company, we did not have to pay for the original service call. Benji came back and did the replacement very efficiently and we are in business again for a total of US $ 269. A very good deal compared to buying a new machine. Thanks to All American Appliance Service, Benji and also Cindy who responded to my initial call. We are very satisfied with their services and would call on them again."

"John has been our go-to guy for several years now. We live in an early 70s home, and as with all older homes there are repairs that are needed fairly often. From the first time he worked for us, identifying that a leak originated from a roof vent that had been knocked slightly askew in a storm and rain water had gradually seeped down the pipes and terminated above our kitchen cabinets, he has always been prompt, courteous, professional in every way, and just an all around nice guy to work with. I had 3 to do's I needed done.  One was accomplished. 

On one, the workman stated the part I had wouldn't work, suggested I return the part for a similar part from a recommended supplier & then call provider back for another appt.

On the last to do, as I recall, he didn't have seals for the type of faucet that was leaking.  Workman suggested that we replace the faucet rather than have the seals replaced.  Again, recommended a supplier to obtain a new faucet & then we could call them back for another appt.
