I decided to have them refinish the wall tile as well. The entire experience was very positive from estimate to scheduling through work and follow up. "They worked around our schedule as we were expecting a baby any day.  He made time to fit us in.  He came in and checked the carpet and asked us about what we thought the stains were.  One of the rooms had some dog poop (cleaned as well as we could) from our poor pup who had diarrhia.  the other stains wer your common dirt from shoes, etc.  He went over what he was going to do for each of the stains and probability of them coming out. 
He was completed in about an hour and all stains were gone.  He also said he sprayed the dog poop areas with
chemicals to kill any germs that still may be present.  We used the Angie's List coupon $60 of service for $29.  He charged an extra $30 for a total of $90 for service.  Only costing us $59.
