"I could tell from the minute Stan Petriyenko of Superior Building Concepts came to give me a bid on my primary bathroom remodel that he was an experienced and knowledgeable professional. He measured carefully, listened to what I hoped to do asking pertinent questions. He also brought up ideas I hadn’t thought of. He provided a thorough and detailed bid. After I accepted the bid he did a fantastic job of keeping me informed on the schedule and this continued throughout the project. I was always informed about what would be happening next on the project and the times he or his subcontractors would arrive. At the start of the remodel Stan met me at the plumbing supply and tile / countertop showrooms and gave me helpful tips and recommendations on products. He next set up dust shielding and floor / carpet protection. The work area and path from the entry door were kept organized and clean throughout. All of the subs used were experienced providing excellent workmanship."

"John and Brian of JAW Construction did a complete interior refresh of our mid 1970’s split entry ranch house. They removed two walls to open up the main living area, added two new windows to allow more natural light in and installed new lighting throughout. All the flooring was replaced with hard wood upstairs and LTV downstairs. They replaced every door along with all the trim in the house. They installed a completely new custom kitchen, remodeled both bathrooms, laundry room and added a wet bar area as well as resurfacing two fireplaces. In short they touched every surface inside our house. John, Brain and all of their subs were easy to work with, professional and helpful throughout the 3 month construction project. They were able to work around the inherent flaws of an older house and were accommodating went we changed our minds and asked for changes. They really did work to fulfill our vision for the house. "During wind storm a tree fell on out buildings. A garage and 2 sheds. This company was fast in tarping garage roof to keep rain from getting in. Also, Anwar was quick to give estimates on repairing garage roof and sheds. His crews put new roof on garage and sheds as well as replacing broken rafters caused by the tree. They prepped and painted garage and sheds. They look brand new. Anwar interfaced with my insurance company to get additional considerations from the original insurance estimate.
