Mt. Tabor Construction offers general contracting services including all phases of remodel projects-kitchen, bath, basement, attic, plus, electrical, plumbing, fencing, gates, decks, painting-interior/exterior, drywall and plaster, landscaping, as well as home repair/handyman services.
"I live just down the street from Rob and I had a simple task I asked completed of caulking in the shower. Whether his work was faulty or the product was faulty I don't know, but three times it didn't work. I try not to make assumptions about people. All our conversations have been via text, so I have a full written accounting of what happened. After the last time did not work, he offered to redo it once more or provide a refund and I immediately replied back that I would accept the refund and wish him well. He was going through some family health issues so I didn't press it and I waited to hear from him. Instead of honoring my wish to move forward with the refund he offered, in writing, and I accepted in writing, he tried to schedule a time to redo it. He then says he didn't mean to offer a refund and he refuses to honor it now. He told me I should just file a complaint and "try to ruin his reputation". Just another reason why it's best not to involve neighbors in professional endeavors. I'm sad it turned out this way."
