"We had a horrible experience. We had them remove a squirrel from our attic and signed up for ongoing treatment. Ive attempted to cancel several times each time the person saying they had no authority to cancel. We have 9 cameras on our property. Several times we were billed for service but had no video record of them entering the property. Today we had them on our property for a total of 3 minutes. The technician texted us to let us know he came. I told him we had already cancelled, he said he had no record of that. I told him not to come back, he said he had no authority to cancel the service. By now I was getting frustrated and angry. I told him he would be trespassing if he came again. His response was "Lol Good Luck". I've never experienced such unprofessionalism of any company Ive worked with. Canceling my credit card may be my only option. If it was just a bad technician I might not be so angry, but everyone who answered the phone had no authority to help."

After an attempted bait and switch from a FaceBook solicitation, whom was going to WAY overcharge me, and I declined their service, I casually asked my HVAC guy for a recommendation. He said use Powervac, LLC. I had never heard of them, but trust my HVAC guy, so I called. My initial interaction with Mary was great. She was VERY kind, caring, and informative. They were booked out a couple of weeks (for obvious reasons). She had me scheduled out to 6/18 on the calendar and would call me if any cancellations. She ended up calling me 2x to move the date up and here it is 6/12 and the work is complete! It's really a cool process and the two technicians, Jason and Matt, worked hard, communicated very well, had a great sense of humor, and their teamwork was outstanding! Many companies have lost the art of Customer Service. PowerVac, LLC has not and in fact operates like a well oiled machine. Saved me $300 over the FaceBook ad. Highly recommend them!!!"

"These folks live up to their name. They came out within a few days of my call and set a few traps. Came back less than a week later and they had trapped 2 moles.
