"Todd was great, he lives close by and was always very attentive, very willing to offer advice and any other help as far as choosing bathroom items, measurements, etc. The project took approximately one and a half months from demolition to completion. Todd was present from beginning to end and completed most of the work himself, he hired out an electrician and a plumber."

"Overall, it went pretty well. I took a while to decide on which of the colours and edging I wanted; they did a good job of following up and reminding me. Since this work is for a house I'm renting, I wasn't always able to get measurements quickly. There were some quirks. The Big Deal price doesn't include removal and disposal of the old countertop; that was an additional $300. It also doesn't include the re-attachment of the sink as they don't do that work so I needed to get a plumber involved. To be fair, both of these were disclosed in the Big Deal and by them afterwards. Since this is template-based, I went out to the house and met an installer who created the template. He worked quickly but, unfortunately, his English was rather limited and several times during the entire project, he had to call their main office and hand me the phone so I could talk to someone there instead. This slowed down the process and made the interactions feel clumsy. On a positive note, they do care about the work; I had decided on 1/4" bevel edging and the main office called back and said that that edging has a higher risk of chipping and, since this is a rental, I should go with the 3/8" round instead, which I did. Since I was reusing my old sink, they brought the slab in and cut the hole for it on-site but used a vacuum and cleaned up the dust quite well. They also lowered the slide-in sink since the new countertop are thinner than the old one. This was after yet another back-and-forth conversation that resulted in a phone call to the main office so they could tell me they would do the work but wouldn't be liable for any resulting damage; there was none. The result looks good and once I get the sink re-attached, all will be well. There are still a couple of minor issues but it is a worthwhile upgrade."

"Robert Milliard Roofing was a life saver. I had three feet of snow on my roof, severe ice-dams on 5 sections, and water leaking in two places. I had hired another contractor, but he quit before the job was complete (only after taking my $300). I couldn't get another contractor to return my calls. When Robert got my voicemail, he made time late one eventing to come by and inspect the damage. When he saw how bad it was, he made time to fit me into his busy schedule by working late nights and weekends. He did this not only once, but twice!
I was very happy with the work Robert did. On two occasions, Robert and his crew completely removed all the snow and Ice from my roof. He could have easily had turned down this "extra" work (as many other contractors did), but he took the job because he knew how sorely it was needed. When other contractors would have easily taken advantage of this situation, Robert did a professional job and at a fair price. I will defiantly hire Robert Milliard Roofing again. I highly recommend them.
