"My driveway was crumbling and full of pot holes. Dave came out, measured, explained my options and provided me with two quotes based on whether or not they found clay under the old driveway. They moved a stack of pallets and stacked firewood off the driveway for me so I didn't have to worry about getting that done ahead of time. The crew was fast and efficient. The driveway is beautiful and they did a great job cleaning up. I live on the same street as an elementary school and they were careful not to block traffic and to let the school buses go by as needed. "Our foundation is around 100 years old. Maguire Masonry trenched around our entire foundation, removing pavement, concrete, dirt, trees, and stumps. They were originally planning to dig down 30" around the entire house, while removing all trees and stumps which were too close and/or growing inside the foundation. As the work started and some tree stumps were pulled out of the foundation, our basement started flooding more than usual, so Peter decided to dig that section down 6 feet below ground, rather than just the 30", put a ton of cement down in that area, and rebuild the corner entirely, at no extra cost to us. We had some scrap materials in the yard, and they used those for framing new concrete in our yard. They took all of the paint off the bricks and performed a beautiful restoration job of the brickwork. All of the work appears to be done very well."
