Also during the installation they tried to skip replacing plywood as we’d agreed upon without discussing with us first. Luckily my husband was home and caught the mistake. "We hired Jeff, Nick and the Cedar Coast team to build a new portico over our front door, reinforce/weatherproof the existing door and door frame, and install new railings on our front steps and landing. They did incredible work. They took the drawings from the architect and improved upon them in the field. "Our existing Owens Corning wall panels had been damaged in a basement flood. Although the framework and panels had changed since our initial install some 20 years ago, they custom made new panels that fit perfectly. Additionally, they replaced interior doors and repaired drywall. The work was done on our schedule and done to our satisfaction. Their customer service was great. They came back out to adjust a door that wasn't closing perfectly."

I asked him for an invoice and he sent it, but would only accept cash directly to him using the Cash app. I tried to see if he would accept Zelle or credit card or a debit card but he insisted on cash. I had to open a new app and give them my details. When it took longer than expected, he texted me several times, and I made arrangements to give him., cash in person. At that point the Cash app paid him. The whole thing seemed very unprofessional to me."
