"After his analysis, he did not charge me anything, but sent me to another laptop repair person whom he knew and trusted, a guy named Brian with Laptop Repair in Denver. That person continued with the repairs and Mark picked up the computer, brought it again to me and checked it out in my apartment. He found some problems that he said would take more time to fix, some that I was not aware of, took the computer to his home for further correction of problems he had discovered. When he brought the computer back to me, it worked well, and he had added Skype, Windows Word, and Norton Security Suite, free of charge! I know Windows is about $100 itself! He even allowed me to make payments since he knew my only income was from Social Security. I am a registered nurse and plan to get back into nursing, since I have had both shoulders replaced and am now ready to work. CCCP Help quickly diagnosed the problem (a fried hard drive) and offered two options: Repair it or buy/build a new one for me. Jennifer (the business owner) explained my options and the prices in detail, all while patiently answering my many questions. I went with option 2 and am thrilled. She got me a refurbished, high-end, commercial-quality laptop and installed a brand-new hard drive. She also recovered my data, moved the data to the new laptop, destroyed my old hard drive and recycled my old computer. The price was a fraction of what I would have paid for a new version of this model, and about the same price as if I had purchased a new (but cheap and inferior) replacement."

"I had problems with my laptop for a while. It powered off suddenly among many other annoying things. I had taken it to countless technicians for that big problem of powering off. Most charged me with very little explanation. My hope was always dashed when I took it home and nothing had changed and it would still turn off while I was working. The problem continued. Recently I have asked Brian about upgrading to a newer computer and he has been suggesting and helping me choose through all the options, listing details and prices to go along. He has got to be one of the best techs I have ever dealt with, ever! I would highly recommend him."
