"I had contacted Modern Paving to get an estimate on an asphalt driveway to replace my gravel driveway. Sam answered and made arrangements to come and give me the estimate. He was punctual when arrived on the agreed day. He measured the driveway and we discussed the job and agreed on the price. He indicated that if the weather held the job would be completed within the next two weeks. There was an unexpected cancellation and to my surprise I was able to fit into that empty slot. Sam abs his crew showed up and began working immediately. Measurements were taken, the area was marked off and Sam involved me in that process to make sure it was where I wanted. The driveway was graded and raked. When the asphalt arrived the crew worked quickly to spread and compact it. The crew graded a difficult area to help prevent water collecting. The job was completed by mid afternoon and looks absolutely amazing! So happy with the results. Highly recommended"

"Dealing with Cooper Paving and Sealing was effortless from my first phone call. The gentleman that sealed my driveway were friendly and professional. They were halfway finished before I even knew they were here. Driveway looked amazing when they were done. After a couple of days, I had an question regarding the application. I emailed my question and got a response immediately. It was a holiday week so the guys were on vacation but Jacqui told me she would get back to me when they were returned. "This is an update to previous review. The work done, including removal of several bushes, and tearing up front yard and replacing with sod, was done efficiently. The seeding on the side yard didn't catch on quickly, but that was Mother Nature's fault. The sod installed in front yard never caught at one edge and along edging on street/curbside. After installation, it was faithfully watered and we had tons of rain. I just kept hoping. A different company maintains my yard as it is small and I felt Grass is Mine was better for the larger jobs. They had told me that if sod was watered faithfully and an edge or so needed replacing, they would do so. I have texted them to let them know of the problem and asked them to surprise me and come and replace the sod. They never got back to me to fix this issue. For my budget, it was a costly project and I believe Your Grass is Mine will respond and fix the issue."

Sal came out and explained all issues and keep me in the loop with updates as our quartz was backordered. The crew was meticulous with their measurements, making sure no gaps were showing due to sloping floors or crooked walls. They were very thorough with the install. You can tell immediately the pride Sal and his crew take in their work. The installers were as friendly as the owner, they kept the area clean and and were very considerate of me and my family.
