"Frank is good, open, and knowing what he is doing, and on time Service fee is a little bit more than the repair service I hired before to fix my Kenmore dryer, but consider in the market there are more repair services for Kenmore than for Samsung, I think that's reasonable (I quoted another service for my Samsung and their service fee was much much more).
