"I do not think I have ever posted a review ever, but I am going to make an exception for Honest Electrical. A few weeks ago I was trying to figure out who the installers were who installed the solar system on my house. I bought the house last year and the system had not worked since. I guess I should have had someone inspect the system before buying the house. I do not even know how I stumbled onto the guys at Honest Electric, but I am sure glad I did. It was pure luck on my part, but once they contacted me I could not believe how exceptional they were. Their customer service was beyond anything I have ever experienced and having been a customer service representative I know a few things about this. Their main concern was that I knew from start to finish exactly what was going on and that I was completely satisfied. "Cassie, the service person from Aire Serv, did an outstanding job. She clearly knew her job and was able to explain everything to me in a way that made me feel comfortable and confidant. I've used other heating and air conditioner companies in the past and felt they did an okay job but never felt the service people were up to the level of this person, or felt they were pressuring me to buy something. There was no pressure from Cassie.

"Work was ok but 1. They left a huge mess that took me 8 hours to clean up (with a broken wrist), 2. I had to hire someone to clean the high windows that they got paint on, 3. I had to pay extra to the carpets cleaners to clean up all the paint drops and 4. They ruined the remaining gallon or so of paint by leaving a roller from the primer in it, making it worthless for touchups."
