"Quality of work exceeded expectations and I am a tough grader. Project required the removal of an existing cabin, protection of a preexisting deck, ground up construction of a new cabin while tying same to preexisting deck. Project took longer than expected, but the project was in a rural area which led to logistical issues, plus the existing water system had to be repaired and the existing septic system had to be scrapped completely and replaced with an entirely new system. All was handled professionally and communication was excellent each step of the project."
