"due to severe hot weather and lots of rain, I needed quick response as insects were in the attic and we could hear them 24/7. Called couple places and went with Greenix because price was more reasonable than other places, and Kyle explained on the phone what could and could not be done in great detail and answered all my questions for an hour. We have lived in our house for 40 years and every 10 years or so, we need to get a pest control in quickly. Kyle checked with the various satellite sites of technicians and found someone to come out the very next day in the morning which seems to be unheard of these days with businesses. We went with the 1yr service because the insects we have sometimes need more than 1 trip to eradicate them, plus the visits were unlimited if we still had the same problem, but don't expect that. Scheduled visits every quarter are what we wanted as we live next to the woods and our back yard is where the woods begin, so we wanted insect protection year round."

"I had a fantastic experience with Ehrlich Southeast. Their customer service was excellent, from scheduling the appointment to the completion of the service. "Great company! Even though they are located on the East Coast, they have excellent control over their local professionals. EXAMPLE: I requested a cleaning of my siding (along with my windows) and paid a deposit. On arrival, the professionals realized that their product was incompatible with my cedar siding. They credited this to my account and the other orders I placed. I’ve been using them for years and have no reservations about recommending them to others."

"I used them last year for a series of five treatment during the summer. It did a very good job controlling the mosquitoes. I hired them this year and gave them my credit card. They told me they would start treatments in a couple of days. they never showed up I was never able to reach a person directly so I left numerous messages. Never heard back. I heard they may have closed down their operation. A shame, they did a nice job."

"JML Pest control did a thorough job again. John Lohr explained the procedure carefully, including discussing the safe products he used. I feel that this is an excellent company to deal with."
