"Scott was very good about explaining the pros and cons about different options we had for replacing our in-wall heating units. We had originally considered installing a propane infrastructure to also supply a gas stove, but after considering the cost, complexity, and relative high cost of operating a propane furnace, opted for a heat pump instead. Notably, of the three vendors we contact, Scott was the only one who made sure we knew about some incentive programs being offered by the local utility, which caused him a little more paperwork but saved us $1200. When performing the site survey, Scott listened to our remodel plans and took advantage of them to minimize the impact of ducting installation. We were frankly surprised at how little drywall needed to be cut to install ducts throughout the house (and were helped by the fact we were replacing flooring upstairs, so they were able to cut in through the exposed subfloor from above rather than through the ceiling below). The installation was professional and thorough, with well-sealed ducts and neatly routed ductwork, coolant piping, condensate drainage, etc. The system has been trouble-free so far, and is both quiet and effective. We are extremely happy to have taken the opportunity to switch to forced-air heating."
