"They came to give me a bid.  When I showed them the shower they pointed out many other areas that were also needing to be fixed. This included window seals as well as many of the counters.  It looked like the grout was just missing in many areas.  They did an excellent job matching the original grout and fixing areas of concern. <br />"

"Steve came out but was running about an hour late. However, he stayed late to finish the job. The marble floor hasn't been cleaned in years and there was over 100 small holes to fill. He took his time and did a very thorough job. In the master bathroom, he was able to remove most of the mold stains off the marble, repaired the grout, and recaulked which made the shower looked new. I am very happy with the work he did. As a bonus, he filled a crack on my granite counter and 3 small holes on my marble table without charging me extra. I did have one grout area in the entryway which was missed so am waiting for his return to repair. Otherwise, the job was done to my satisfaction.  <br /> <br /> Steve came out today 1/6/15 and repaired a few grout areas as promised. Thank you Steve for being so responsive!"

"It was great. I don't know about punctuality and professionalism because I wasn't home at the time of service. I will possibly be less likely to use them in the future, the carpets didn't get as clean as I was hoping. I don't know how many people came to complete the service. They left the area clean. They were great about scheduling and I think the price was a good value. They could maybe do a little more spot cleaning."

"At first blush, the job appeared excellent. The tiles were glossy and appeared nearly new. When they were complected they did not tell me of any problems. Some time later, I noted that the tiles that were next to the shower stall had a dark area extending out two inches from the shower stall and about 40" long. My first thought was that they used one machine to diamond polish the tile in larger areas and used a smaller one next to work near vertical surfaces and they had missed that area with the smaller machine.. I took photos of the areas and sent them by email to Premier and asked that they come back and finish the job. I said I wasn't in any hurry. They said they had another job over here soon and would do it in conjunction with that job. It never happened. I sent them another email and said I was available and to please come and finish the job.. A gentleman showed up some time later and looked at the area and took another set of photos. He wasn't sure why the area was darker than the polished area and left. After not hearing from them for some time, I sent them another email on February 12th asking them to set a date to complete the job. I've received no reply. <br />"

"We had Chhay from Stone Restoration Services some holes and marks in our Terrazzo floor after moving the Kitchen island. He was amazing. You would never be able to tell there was ever a hole. He even managed to restore the floors to white from the discolored cream they had become since 1960. He was also 50% cheaper than Marblelife. I'm a huge fan of this guy. He went above and beyond repairing a bunch of holes and marks that weren't in the original scope. He also took great care of our cabinets and walls.
