"Jesse responded immediately to my inquiry. I uploaded a video of my problem for his review. After watching the video, Jesse was able to give me an estimate of the cost for repair, which I thought was very reasonable when compared to other estimates I had received. After engaging him to do the work, he was at my house the next day on time to make the repair. He worked efficiently and charged me consistent with the estimate. No hidden fees or charges. He’s a well mannered young man and friendly. I will use him again if I have any other sprinkler system issues."

"Tim was very friendly and respectful. He found what was wrong with our dryer very quickly. He told us that the part might not be in stock and that it may take a couple of days to get the part and get it installed. But to our surprise Tim called us the very next day, to let us know that he had the part and that he could get installed that day. My wife and I were so happy to get our dryer back up and running. We will most definitely use Blue Orca Repair again for our appliance repairs."

"Exceptional service!!! Jason called 15 min before arriving saying he was on his way. He was on-time at the agreed upon timeframe. He quickly assessed the issue with our clothes washer. He removed the top part of the washer and discovered the balance ring was misaligned. He quickly corrected it, put the cover back on and only charged a small fee for the service call. He didn’t even charge for the repair!! I will definitely be referring this company to my friends and call Pro-Tech when I have other appliance issues!!! Thank you!"
