"I hired Brandon in March 2019 to do the contracting for a complete kitchen remodel on my 1960’s era home. The job included a complete rewire of the kitchen/dining room, moving plumbing, adding insulation and new drywall, tearing out the floors down to the subfloor, new French doors, the list goes on. All of his subcontractors did excellent work and I am beyond happy with the job they did. Brandon did an even better job of keeping everything on budget. When I get ready to redo the bathrooms I’ll be calling Wilson Home Services again."

"Mr. Moretto showed up exactly on time and took off his shoes before coming into the house. He took out the old faucet and replaced with a new one that we had purchased.  <br /> Earlier he had provided an estimate of $65.00 and he stood by his estimate for the job. In addition he repaired a leaking valve. <br /> He was very polite and did an outstanding job. We will call him again for plumbing work. He also provided a reasonable estimate for landscaping work which we are considering. <br />"

"We had them replace our rear deck about a year ago, did a great job. Posted a review here on that job. They did some external wood trim on the upper patio to tie things together. They pressured washed both decks. The new rear deck is a single level. The front deck has three levels. Were very clean during the pressure washing and ensured that no mess was left behind after. They stained the rear deck and made sure that everything was covered and sealed completely before starting. After they sprayed everything was cleaned very well. They spent a lot of time making sure that the siding on house was clean and free from any stain. After they painted the front after prepping the area completely. Gave the deck two coats of solid color stain. Gave the top deck a third coat because they were not happy with just two coats. Cleaned everything up and left nothing behind. Overall great job again by them and are planning on having them remodel our bathroom shortly. <br />"

"It went very well.  They were friendly, professional, proud of their work and absolutely did not mind answering our millions of questions.  They cleaned up after themselves and did not leave a mess (wish our children would follow suit).  The bathroom subfloor had water damage due to cracked tile and they realized the original contractor had used the wrong type of flooring.  They corrected that, replaced the tile, added more support in the basement and basically made our previously ugly bathroom pretty again.  We plan on remodeling the entire home and will be using them.   <br />"

They remodeled a wall between 2 rooms that was a mistake when I built the house & it's made a very positive difference in the look of the rooms--the plan was their recommendation. <br /> I've had other contractors work on my home over the years & have a few poor experiences.  I will use Janacek for all of my home repair/remodel needs in the future.  You may find someone who is less expensive but in my experience you get what you pay for. Quality work & trust is worth the money.  Working during the day, the teams were in my home on their own & I had no issues with their professional approach to respecting me, my home & my belongings.  This is very important to me as I had one contractor steal from me during a job which made me leery to hire someone--NO worries with the Janacek team. <br /> I met Janacek at the Home Show this year along with 2 other contractors.  One never bothered to call me back after several contacts, one came to my home & gave some great ideas but never followed up after the in home visit.  Janacek came right away to discuss the projects & followed through on the work in a timely manner. <br /> if you're looking for a contractor to do quality, trustworthy work on your home--Janacek is your best bet! <br />"
