"Everything was great from start to finish! The customer service was excellent and my door looks beautiful. I couldn't ask for a better experience. I will definitely recommend Window World!"

"It went very well and we are very happy with our new windows. One window was cracked during shipping and they discovered it and ordered a new one right away. A couple weeks later when it came in they replaced it. We felt bad for the guys that did the work because it was the two hottest days of the summer. They did an amazing job while working in the heat. We will recommend Green Valley for their work to people we know that need this kind of work. We will also look to them when we need more work on our house."

"The installers did a very good job without any mess. One window had a crack and one bad screen. These were fixed no questions asked."

"Quality windows and great to work with."

"Best result has been achieved, all within the promised amount of time and budget. The work has been done absolutely well and the people were very nice and friendly. I've needed this work done for a long time and they've fixed it perfectly. I'll recommend this company to neighbors and friends and family and anyone who asks."

"Water leaks were repaired and heat tape installed. The work was done with an attention to detail that gives peace of mind. Others with renovating experience have commented on the exceptional quality after seeing the work done by R&B Renovation. Will definitely recommend."

"We are happy with the windows and the installers did a great job. We actually have more windows to replace and we will contact Hansons to do the work."

"Mike called me right away to set up the appt. and came on New Year's Eve day to do the job since it was a warm enough day to clean gutters. He pointed out one particular problem area that was plugged up. Unfortunately, that area was still plugged up when I returned and he was done. When he returned later that night for his money, I told him and he promised to return and fix the problem---which he did. I have a very large/tall house so the price was $200----don't know if that is a bit high but since I didn't have the means to do it myself and it really needed to be done to help solve seepage into the basement, I suppose this was fair."

"Costly! Incorrect measurement of basement windows delayed installation by months. I had to recaulk inside and out, to reseal. Broken window-slider handle. My continuous calls for window installation yielded, no apology or price break. Once installed payment notice immediately mailed with threat of collections because contract states payment at time of completion. No follow up on warranty, servicing etc of my crawl space encapsulation as promised to me at time of signing contract."
